Cynapsus Therapeutics Inc. will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange as an industrial issuer at the open on Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, according to the TSX. The exchange reports Cynapsus, which currently trades on the TSX Venture Exchange, will delist from the TSX-V prior to listing on the TSX. Its trading symbol will remain CTH.

Cynapsus will list 153,325,210 shares, 79,557,720 of which are issued and outstanding. The company is a specialty pharmaceutical company developing a sublingual thin film strip for the acute rescue of OFF motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease.
