Castle Resources Inc. is a defendant in a lawsuit filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia by Minconsult Services Ltd. over an abandoned work camp. According to the suit, Minconsult provided Castle with a camp for a remote location. Castle has since failed to pay its bill and is supposed to return the camp to a location that Minconsult chooses.

The allegations are contained in a brief notice of claim filed at the Vancouver courthouse on Feb. 2, 2016. The suit states that on March 28, 2012, Minconsult entered into a contract to provide the camp and related equipment to Castle Resources. The camp went to a remote location in Northern B.C. (likely Castle's Granduc copper project near Stewart).
