The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Coro Mining Corp. will issue one right per share held on Aug. 22, 2018, with 1.1667 rights and five cents buying one share. According to the TSX, the rights will begin trading at the open on Aug. 21, 2018, under the symbol COP.RT and Cusip No. 219636 11 5. The company's shares will trade ex rights at the same time.

The TSX reports that the rights offering will expire at 5 p.m. Toronto time on Sept. 20, 2018. Trading in the rights will end at 12 p.m. Toronto time on Sept. 20, 2018, and the rights will be delisted at the close on the same day.

The TSX notes that trades on Sept. 18, 2018, will settle on Sept. 19, 2018, and trades on Sept. 19, 2018, will settle on Sept. 20, 2018. Trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on Sept. 20, 2018, will settle on the same day.
