CROWNIA ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

Crownia Holdings Ltd. has granted stock options to consultants, directors, officers and employees to purchase up to a total of 2.37 million shares of the company. Options granted to certain consultants, directors, officers and employees are at a price of 35 cents per share, exercisable until Oct. 9, 2020, with one-third of such stock options vesting on the date of grant, and another one-third vesting on the first and second anniversary of the date of grant. Options granted to certain consultants and employees are at a price of 35 cents per share, exercisable until Oct. 9, 2020, with 10 per cent of such stock options vesting on the date of grant, 20 per cent on the first anniversary, 30 per cent on the second anniversary and 40 per cent on the third anniversary of the date of grant. All options are subject to any earlier termination in accordance with their terms, pursuant to the company's stock option plan.
