BLACKROCK ANNOUNCES FINAL NOVEMBER CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE ISHARES PREMIUM MONEY MARKET ETF

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock Inc., has declared the final November, 2014, cash distributions for the iShares Premium Money Market ETF. Unitholders of record on Nov. 25, 2014, will receive cash distributions payable on Nov. 28, 2014.

Details regarding the final per-unit distribution amounts are as set out in the attached table.
