CANADIAN METALS ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDERS MEETING RESULTS

Canadian Metals Inc. has provided an update on the results of its annual and special meeting of shareholders, held on Feb. 5, 2016, in Montreal.

Once again this year, several shareholders participated in the election process, strongly demonstrating the commitment of the company's shareholders. At the meeting, shareholders approved, with a majority, the appointment of the auditor, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, as well as the election of members of the company's board of directors, consisting of Stephane Leblanc, Victor Cantore, Michel Gagnon and Michel Gueguin. The shareholders have also approved the ratification of the special resolution relating to the modification of the articles of association to allow directors to appoint one or more additional directors between annual meetings.
