CIBC DECLARES DIVIDENDS

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has declared a dividend of $1.33 per share on common shares for the quarter ending July 31, 2018, payable on July 27, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2018.

Class A preferred shares

The board of directors also declared the following dividends per share.

For the period ending July 31, 2018, payable on July 27, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2018:

• Series 39 -- 24.3750 cents;
• Series 41 -- 23.4375 cents;
• Series 43 -- 22.5000 cents;
• Series 45 -- 27.5000 cents;
• Series 47 -- 28.1250 cents.
