UPDATED MEDIA ADVISORY - CIBC TO ANNOUNCE SECOND QUARTER 2015 RESULTS ON MAY 28, 2015

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce will now release its fiscal 2015 second-quarter results at approximately 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2015. The time of the live audio webcast and teleconference call with analysts, investors and media remains unchanged at 8:30 a.m. ET.

Earnings conference call/webcast
