Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce will delist its non-cumulative Class A preferred shares, Series 26, from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on Friday, Oct. 31, 2014, according to the TSX. The exchange reports the bank will redeem all the outstanding Series 26 shares on Oct. 31 for $25 per share.
