Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on June 8, 2014, the company has consolidated its capital 1:4. The name of the company has also been changed as follows.

Effective at the opening on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014, the common shares of Visionstate Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of CSM Systems Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as an Internet commerce company.
