CARIBOU INCREASES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Caribou King Resources Ltd., further to its press release of Feb. 24, 2015, and subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, is increasing the amount of its non-flow-through private placement to up to four million non-flow-through units at a price of 10 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $400,000.

Each non-flow-through unit comprises one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant of the company.

Each non-flow-through warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional share at a price of 15 cents per share for a period of 12 months. Proceeds from the non-flow-through offering will be used for the company's short-term payables and for general working capital.

Finder's fees may be payable on the non-flow-through offering, subject to the policies of the TSX-V.
