CI INVESTMENTS REFILES FUND FACTS FOR SIGNATURE DIVERSIFIED YIELD II FUND

CI Financial Corp.'s CI Investments Inc., manager of Signature Diversified Yield II Fund, has filed amended and restated fund facts for Class A and Class O units of the fund. The Class A fund facts document has been revised to reflect the correct management expense ratio (MER) of 2.32 per cent for the year ended March 31, 2014, not 2.09 per cent as originally stated, and the Class O fund facts document has been revised to reflect the correct MER of 0.17 per cent for the year ended March 31, 2014, and not 0.15 per cent. The fund's annual management report of fund performance (MRFP) for the year ended March 31, 2014, has also been refiled to reflect the correct MERs.
