CHOICE PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST DECLARES DISTRIBUTION FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST, 2018

Choice Properties REIT has declared a distribution for the month of August, 2018, of 6.1667 cents per trust unit, representing 74 cents per unit on an annualized basis, payable Sept. 17, 2018, to unitholders of record on Aug. 31, 2018.
