According to the Toronto Stock Exchange, Waterton Precious Metals Bid Corp.'s amended and extended offer to purchase all of Chaparral Gold Corp.'s outstanding shares for 55 cents per share will expire at 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Thursday, July 31, 2014. Therefore, all trades in Chaparral shares completed on July 30, 2014, will be for regular settlement. All trades completed on July 31, 2014, will be for special two-day settlement on Aug. 5, 2014.
