                              Corazon Announces Changes of Directors
Vancouver, B.C. January 27, 2014 � Corazon Gold Corp. (CGW: TSX-V) ("Corazon") is pleased to announce
the appointment of Jason Scharfe and Bradley Scharfe to the board of directors.

Jason Scharfe has been a Managing Director of Marsh Canada Limited since January 1994. He served as
Vice President of Marketing of Secova Metals Corp., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the
"TSXV") from July 2009 to February 13, 2012 and has been a director of Secova Metals Corp. since February
13, 2012. Mr. Scharfe has been a director of Jager Resources Inc., a company listed on the Canadian
Securities Exchange, since October 2013 and was a director of Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation, a
company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, TSXV and OTC Bulletin Board, from July 2006 to February
2010. Mr. Scharfe received his Chartered Insurance Professional certificate from the Insurance Institute of
Canada in December, 1998. Mr. Scharfe holds a Diploma in Financial Management from British Columbia
Institute of Technology and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in
April 1991.

Bradley Scharfe has been focused on venture capital situations throughout his career and has successfully
worked with multiple companies in the areas of capital requirements, public market concerns and
personnel. Mr. Scharfe is a founder and partner of Skanderbeg Capital Partners Inc., has been the
President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Secova Metals Corp. since November 10, 2010, and was
the Chief Executive Officer of Parkit Enterprise Inc., a company listed on the TSXV, from March 2012 to
November 2012 and a director since March 2012. Mr. Scharfe was a director of Fibre-Crown
Manufacturing Inc., a company listed on the TSXV, from October 2007 to January 2012. Mr. Scharfe was a
partner of Calneva Financial Partners from 2004 to 2009 and he was previously a venture capital stock
broker with Canaccord Genuity Corp. for 12 years, earning Chairman's Club status during this time. Mr.
Scharfe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, with a major in Commerce and
Economics.

Corazon also announces the resignations of Rosalie Moore and John Burns as directors of Corazon.
