The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Warrants:  five million

Original expiry date:  Aug. 12, 2018

New expiry date:  Aug. 12, 2020

Exercise price:  10 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 10 million shares with five million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective on Nov. 30, 2016.
