CASCADE COMPLETES SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on May 19, 2015, Cascade Resources Ltd. has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-two-old basis. The name of the company has not been changed.

Effective at the open on Thursday, July 2, 2015, the common shares of Cascade Resources will commence trading on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.
