MANAGEMENT CEASE TRADE ORDER REVOKED

Further to the press releases dated Oct. 31 and Nov. 15, 2017, the management cease trade order originally issued by the B.C. Security Commission to Cabo Drilling Corp. on Oct. 31, 2017, has been lifted, effective Nov. 20, 2017, following the filing of the company's audited annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and chief executive officer and chief financial officer certificates for the year ended June 30, 2017.
