Canadian Apartment Properties REIT will list an additional 5,126,000 units at the open on Aug. 3, 2016, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in the REIT's short form prospectus dated July 26, 2016, Canadian Apartment plans to sell 4.66 million units at $32.20 per unit. It has granted to the underwriters an overallotment option to buy 466,000 more units at the same price for 30 days following the closing of the offering.
