Effective at the opening on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017, the securities of Capricorn Business Acquisitions Inc. will resume trading, a news release having been issued on Dec. 20, 2016, announcing that the company will not be proceeding with its proposed transaction with Energex Petroleum Inc., which was previously announced on April 5, 2012. The transaction contemplated would have constituted a qualifying transaction.
