Brisio acquires 523,332 shares of Spark Software

2016-08-24 08:47 ET - News Release

Mr. Paul Andreola reports

BRISIO INNOVATIONS INVESTS IN SPARK SOFTWARE

Brisio Innovations Inc. has completed an investment in Allur Group Inc. doing business as Spark Software.

The company has subscribed for 523,332 shares at a price of 15 cents per share for a total purchase price of $78,500.

Spark, a Vancouver-based start-up bridging the real estate and technology sectors, develops software for selling, marketing and managing new development real estate from presale condos and single-family homes to master-planned communities. The company's platform tracks and manages close to $10-billion of inventory (new developments) for its clients worldwide. Spark plans to expand into other countries, focus on research and development, and acquire new talent.

Spark's vertical market software is currently used in more than six countries and manages hundreds of new home projects. In 18 months, the company has experienced an average monthly growth of 30 per cent.

With headquarters in Vancouver, one of the world's hottest housing markets, the company started to secure local accounts with some of the city's leading developers. Their first U.S. client was a popular New York-based company whose on-line and mobile app gives real-time national data to potential home buyers and renters. The high-profile account attracted the attention of developers in Eastern Canada, and soon co-founders Simeon Garratt and Cody Curley were writing contracts with national and global developers, brokerages, home builders, and marketing agencies. Spark's client list includes four of the top-10 new development brokerages in New York, a prominent developer in the United Kingdom with an extensive portfolio in central London and a Vancouver developer with 40 towers expected to be built within the next 10 years.

Paul Andreola, president of Brisio Innovations, stated: "We are quite excited with the opportunity to invest in a very rapidly growing local start-up at this early stage. Management have proven themselves to be very skillful in their early execution of their business strategy as evidenced by their high-profile clients and high rate of growth. We look forward to their continued performance and further success."

We seek Safe Harbor.
