The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Hyland option exercise letter agreement dated July 11, 2013, in reference to a assignment and transfer agreement dated Oct. 4, 2012, and a mineral property option agreement dated Dec. 7, 2009, between Banyan Gold Corp. and Victoria Gold Corp., a non-arm's-length optionor. Banyan will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in mineral claims in the Hyland property, located in the Watson Lake mining district of Yukon. Pursuant to the terms of the agreements, Banyan will issue 150,000 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share as final payment to Victoria Gold.
