All Satori Resources Inc. optionees validly holding outstanding stock options have agreed to early expire and terminate all previously granted outstanding stock options of the company (502,500 stock options), all of which have exercise prices ranging from 50 cents to $1 (stock options and exercise prices are reflective of the company's share consolidation -- see press release dated Aug. 11, 2015).
