James Dines, writing in the Nov. 10, 2017, issue of The Dines Letter, says buy BTL Group Ltd. at $6.43. This is the first time he has recommended the stock, which he includes in his new supervised investment list, Blockchain Stocks. BTL, he says, has been racing skyward, climbing from $5 at the beginning of November. Mr. Dines says other blockchain stocks have been racing higher as well, and he is hoping for a pullback as a better entry point. It is crucial to be early, he says, pointing out that this is so early that these brand new companies are busy raising capital and struggling to survive. One clue as to which blockchain company might be a group leader, he says, is an ability to raise capital. Mr. Dines predicts that blockchain, the technology that allows bitcoin to work, will be even more disruptive to society than the cryptocurrencies it supports. He says blockchain will likely disrupt both the credit card and cryptocurrency industries. He also says that blockchain could provide a nation, such as China, with the means to create its own digital currency. With no other prominent financial adviser in the world calling for a major bull market, Mr. Dines is calling himself "The Original Blockchain Bug."
