Baytex Energy Corp. will list an additional 21,907,500 shares at the open on Dec. 12, 2016, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in the company's Dec. 6, 2016, short form prospectus, Baytex will issue 19.05 million shares at $5.25 per share. It has granted to the underwriters an overallotment option to buy 2,857,500 more shares at the same price for 30 days following the closing of the offering.
