BOLD STROKE CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Bold Stroke Ventures Inc. has closed a non-brokered private placement financing by the issuance of 360,000 common shares at a price of five cents per share for gross proceeds of $18,000. The proceeds will be used for general working capital and administrative expenses.

The shares issued by Bold Stroke pursuant to the private placement are subject to a hold period of four months and one day, and cannot be resold until May 30, 2015. No finders' fees were paid in connection with the private placement.
