BIG ROCK BREWERY INC. ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Big Rock Brewery Inc. will pay a dividend of 20 cents per common share on Jan. 15, 2013, to shareholders of record on Dec. 31, 2012. The shares will commence trading on an ex dividend basis on Dec. 27, 2012.

All dividends paid by Big Rock are eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes, unless otherwise indicated.
