The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with Battle Mountain Gold Inc.'s buy-down of the existing royalty for gold and silver on the company's Lewis gold project in Lander county, Nevada, from 5 per cent to 3.5 per cent. Gold Standard Ventures Corp. advanced an additional $416,170 to the company toward the buy-down and the company will issue 885,468 common shares at a deemed price of 47 cents per share in settlement of the advance.
