BUILDERS CAPITAL MORTGAGE CORP. ANNOUNCES CLASS A NON-VOTING SHARE DISTRIBUTION

Builders Capital Mortgage Corp.'s board of directors has declared a distribution of 20.16 cents per Class A non-voting share of the company. The distribution will be paid on Oct. 31, 2014, to holders of Class A non-voting shares of record on Sept. 30, 2014.

The amount of the distribution is equivalent to approximately 80 cents per Class A non-voting share, or 8 per cent on the original $10.00 issue price, per annum, prorated for the 92-day period from July 1, 2014, to Sept. 30, 2014.
