BOMBARDIER ANNOUNCES REDEMPTION PRICE CALCULATION IN RESPECT OF ITS 4.250% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2016
Pursuant to
Bombardier Inc.'s notice of redemption dated March 30, 2015, relating to its outstanding 4.250-per-cent senior notes due 2016, Bombardier has calculated the redemption price for the notes. The redemption price for the notes will be $1,037.624 (U.S.) per $1,000 (U.S.) principal amount of notes, consisting of the make-whole premium of $1,025.346 (U.S.) per $1,000 (U.S.) (based on a treasury rate of 0.17 per cent as calculated by Bombardier on April 24, 2015), plus $12.278 (U.S.) in accrued and unpaid interest to but not including the redemption date for the notes, all as calculated in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the notes.
The redemption date for the notes is April 29, 2015, as set forth in the notice.
