BANRO PROVIDES NOTICE OF YEAR-END 2014 FINANCIAL RESULTS RELEASE AND INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL

Banro Corp. intends to release its year-end 2014 financial results by April 6, 2015, and follow with an investor conference call at 11 a.m. EST on April 7, 2015. Dial-in details for the conference call will be included in the April 6 release. The company did not release its financial results March 31, 2015, as the audit of the financial statements has not yet been completed.

The company also intends to release on April 6, 2015, its production results for the first quarter of 2015.
