AZUL VENTURES ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF NAME CHANGE AND CONSOLIDATION

Azul Ventures Inc. has received the approval of its shareholders and the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange for its previously announced name change and consolidation (see press release dated June 30, 2014). As a result, the common shares of Azul have been consolidated on a one-for-three basis, such that the previously existing 30,699,362 common shares have been consolidated and there are now approximately 10,233,121 postconsolidated common shares issued and outstanding. Additionally, the company has changed its name to "Austin Resources Ltd." and will begin trading under that name on the opening of the TSX Venture Exchange on Wednesday, Sept. 24. The common shares will trade under the symbol AUT.
