The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of a property option agreement dated July 11, 2014, between Thunderstruck Resources Ltd. and Aljen (Pacific) Ltd. (the optionor -- insiders A. Wolstencroft and J. Wolstencroft), whereby the issuer may acquire two special prospecting licences and two prospecting licence applications on the island of Viti Levu in Fiji. In consideration, the issuer will pay a total of $600,000 (Australian) cash, issue a total of 1.5 million shares in stages and conduct exploration commitments of $1.5-million (Australian) in stages as follows:

• Year one -- $200,000 (Australian) cash; 600,000 shares;
• Year two -- $200,000 (Australian) cash; 400,000 shares;
• Year three -- $200,000 (Australian) cash; 500,000 shares; $1.5-million (Australian) exploration.

Finder's fee:  Damien Reynolds will receive a finder's fee of 90,000 shares and $36,000 paid over time in accordance with the property option payments.
