Mr. John Huguet reports
ALTAIR CORRECTS VIRIUM LITHIUM PROPERTY LOCATION
Altair Resources Inc. is correcting the location of its recently acquired Virium lithium property, which is adjacent to the Quebec lithium mine.
In the company's release dated Oct. 17, 2016, the property was incorrectly described as being 23 kilometres southwest of the municipality of Amos. The property is actually located 23 km to the southeast of Amos.
The 1,360-hectare property is immediately adjacent to the claims holding the shuttered Quebec lithium mine which has recently been purchased by the Jilin Jien Nickel Industry Co. of China. The Quebec lithium mine has published measured and indicated resources (at a 0.60-per-cent-dilithium-oxide cut-off) of 41,556,000 tonnes at 1.09 per cent Li2O and an inferred resource of (at a 0.60-per-cent-Li2O cut-off) of 17,766,000 tonnes at 1.10 per cent Li2O (see RB Energy press release of Oct. 11, 2012).
