ALTAIR ANNOUNCES ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

Altair Gold Inc. has released the results of its annual general meeting held March 30, 2015. The shareholders passed all resolutions for the company and elected Zip Dhanani, Haafiz Bhulji, Ramon Mabanta and Robert Naso as directors of Altair for the coming year.

The company's board of directors has also appointed Mr. Dhanani as the company's chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors, and Mr. Naso as the company's chief financial officer.
