The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation a property option agreement dated Nov. 19, 2015, between the company and Geomode Mineral Exploration Ltd. (Belkis Reyes), whereby the company has been granted an option to earn a 100-per-cent interest in the Borys Lake property, located in Saskatchewan. Consideration is $200,000 within a three-year period, six million common shares upon exchange approval and $1-million in exploration expenditures within four years. The optionor retains a 1-per-cent net smelter return (NSR), which may be purchased by the company for $1.5-million less all amounts previously received by the optionor as NSR payment subject to exchange review and acceptance.
