Effective at the close of business on Wednesday, July 23, 2014, and in accordance with NEX policy, Section 15, Avatar Energy Ltd.'s securities will be delisted from the NEX for failure to pay the company's quarterly NEX listing maintenance fee. Prior to delisting, the company's securities were subject to a suspension from trading.
