AUREUS MINING INC. - DIRECTORS DEALING

Aureus Mining Inc. was notified on Sept. 30, 2014, by non-executive director Luis da Silva, that Mr. da Silva acquired 142,857 common shares for an average consideration of 0.21 pound sterling per common share on Sept. 30, 2014. Following the purchase Mr. da Silva now owns 505,183 common shares representing approximately 0.16 per cent of the company's issued share capital.
