TERMINATION OF OPTION AGREEMENT ON THE DESTINY GOLD PROPERTY, QUEBEC

Alto Ventures Ltd. has been informed by Hinterland Metals Inc. that the earn-in agreement dated May 15, 2018, under which Hinterland was to have earned an interest in Alto's Destiny property, has been terminated.
