ALTAI NOTES PUBLICATION OF QUEBEC DRAFT HYDROCARBON REGULATIONS

Altai Resources Inc. notes that the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources in Quebec published on Sept. 20, 2017, the draft regulations to govern oil and gas activities in the province and for the implementation of the Petroleum Resources Act enacted in December, 2016. The company understands that the draft regulations may be implemented with or without amendments after 45 days of public consultation.

Altai will study the draft regulations in detail and will monitor the progress carefully.
