ATS TO HOST THIRD QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 2, 2011 AT 10:00 AM EASTERN

ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. will release its third-quarter results before the Toronto Stock Exchange opens on Wednesday Feb. 2, 2011.

At 10 a.m. Eastern, Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011, the company will host a conference call and webcast of management's quarterly remarks and a follow-up question-and-answer period with analysts.

The listen-only webcast can be accessed live at the company website. The conference call can be accessed live by dialling 416-644-3418 five minutes prior.
