The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's documentation pertaining to a secured loan between AcuityAds Holdings Inc., and various arm's-length and non-arm's-length lenders. The lenders have provided a total loan of $2.5-million, which shall mature two years from issuance and bears an interest rate of 15.25 per cent per year.

Additionally, the company shall issue 833,327 bonus warrants (each exercisable into one common share at a price of 92 cents for a two-year period) to the lenders in connection with the loan.
