WHITING & THOMSON RESIGN FROM BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ben Whiting and Andrew Thomson have resigned from the board of directors of Argentum Silver Corp. The board wishes to thank them both for their contributions to the company's development.

Option cancellation

The company also reports that former chief executive officer and director Warren McIntyre has agreed to the voluntary cancellation of all 1.45 million stock options currently issued to him by the company.
