ARCO ADJOURNS ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

Arco Resources Corp. adjourned its annual and special general meeting yesterday. The company will reconvene the meeting on Jan. 16, 2013, at 10 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time). Shareholders will be able to submit their proxies at any time prior to the start of the meeting.
