Warrant exercise price:  25 cents for a five-year period

Insiders:  Donzam International Investments (Dong Tao) one million

Finder's fee:  Zabina Ventures (Fayyaz Alimohamed) will receive a finder's fee of 70,000 common shares and 70,000 finder's warrants that are exercisable into common shares at 25 cents per share for a 24-month period.
