ADENT CAPITAL RELEASES TECHNICAL REPORT ON PROXIMA DIAMONDS PROPERTY

Adent Capital Corp. has filed a technical report for the Proxima Diamonds property located in the Northwest Territories.

The technical report, entitled, "Technical report for the Proxima Diamonds property," and dated effective May 15, 2014, was prepared by Aurora Geosciences Ltd. and authored by R.J. (Jim) Robinson, BSc, PGeol, a qualified person (as such term is defined in National Instrument 43-101 (standards of disclosure for mineral projects)), and independent of both Proxima and Adent for the purposes of NI 43-101.

A copy of the technical report, which was prepared in compliance with NI 43-101, is available under Adent's SEDAR profile. In addition, the report, together with summaries of the targets comprising the Proxima Diamonds property, is available on the Proxima Diamonds Corp. website.

Completion of the qualifying transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including, but not limited to, exchange acceptance and, if applicable pursuant to exchange requirements, majority of the minority shareholder approval. Where applicable, the qualifying transaction cannot close until the required shareholder approval is obtained.
