AMANA ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

Amana Copper Ltd. has terminated the letter agreement entered into during December, 2014, with a company operating in Canada's MMPR (Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations) sector. Amana further announces that it has received and closed a total of $99,000 in subscription proceeds from its private placement, and has cancelled the remaining portion of the placement.

The company also advises that its registered address has changed to suite 130, 720 King St. West, Toronto, Ont., M5V 3S5.

Amana continues to review various investment opportunities in pursuit of a value-creating transaction to the benefit of all shareholders.
