Further to the bulletin dated Aug. 12, 2016, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Aldershot Resources Ltd.'s proposal to issue an additional 104,958 shares at five cents per share in settlement of $5,247.92 in connection with the amounts owed to Nordelph Holdings Ltd. (Jeremy Caddy). The debt increased from $143,000 to $148,247.92 which resulted in the increase from 2.86 million shares to 2,964,954 shares to be issued in settlement of the amount owed.
