The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation respective to the disposition of its wholly owned subsidiary, OMT Technologies Inc., to 652420 B.C. Ltd. in exchange for the forgiveness and cancellation of all of the debt owed by AnalytixInsight Inc. to the purchaser, pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated June 4, 2014.
