ALABAMA GRAPHITE ANNOUNCES DEPARTURE OF DIRECTOR

Wade N. Black has tendered his resignation from the board of directors of Alabama Graphite Corp. to focus on other interests. Mr. Black's resignation takes effect Aug. 1, 2014. The company's board of directors wishes him the very best in his future endeavours and thanks him for his contributions to the board and the company. Mr. Black has been a member of the board since Oct. 31, 2012.
